I grew up locally in the Bismarck/Mandan area, attending University of Mary receiving my Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

My interest in pelvic floor physical therapy started during a clinical rotation, realizing the lack of care and direction revolving around this population and these diagnoses. The evolution of pelvic health has exploded over the past 10 years and I am blessed to have been a part of it.

After graduating with my degree in 2019, my husband and I decided to go for our first adventure and landed in Phoenix, Arizona. In Phoenix, I received most of my training and expertise working in outpatient clinics including various conditions and dysfunctions, complex post operative procedures surrounding the pelvis, and learning to holistically care for the pregnant and postpartum woman.

After 3.5 years in the desert, we decided to come back home and establish our own roots. We are blessed parents of two doodles and a new baby boy as of July 2025. I have been serving our community since 2023 and am thrilled to open my next adventure with you.
